How much does an End of Tenancy Clean cost
How much it will cost to clean your property once your tenancy comes to an end depends on many factors such as how many rooms you have, what specialist cleaning services you would like (if any) and what areas you want cleaned. Can I do End of Tenancy Cleaning myself?
Whilst it is possible to carry out an end of tenancy clean yourself, it is not recommended. With certain cleaning conditions often needing to be met before you get your deposit back, it is much better to leave it to the professionals. We have experience cleaning countless properties at the end of a rental agreement and know what to look for whilst carrying out the clean. In fact, we have dedicated checklists for exactly this reason.
What is included in an End of Tenancy clean?
An end of tenancy clean by Buffers Cleaning will leave your property clean, tidy and free of clutter for the next tenant. The service includes a minimum of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and general cleaning and additional services such as a deep carpet clean can be added as they are needed. Rest assured, an end of tenancy clean offers a top to bottom service and will leave your property in a beautiful condition.
Will I need to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?
In order to get the best clean possible, please defrost your fridge and freezer around 24 hours before our end of tenancy cleaners arrive. It will be difficult and in some cases even impossible to effectively clean a fridge/freezer which is still frozen.
Will you clean carpets and upholstery?
As part of our end of tenancy clean, we will vacuum and wipe down carpets and upholstery. However, if you want (or think you need) additional treatment of these areas, you will be able to add our professional carpet and/or upholstery cleaning options to your clean whilst booking. Furthermore, we are able to offer reduced rates on these services when you book alongside a tenancy clean.
Is end of tenancy cleaning an hourly fee or fixed cost
We provide a fixed quote for all of our end of tenancy cleaning services. This will depend on the size of your property and on specifically what the clean involves (e.g. if you have added any additional services such as carpet steam cleaning to the booking).
